Robert Preddy

Robert Preddy was born on the 17th July 1950 to parents Harry and Doris. He had an older sister Ina, an older brother Ian, and twin Neil. He was the strongest person I could ever imagine. He was also my father. He was married to my mother, Bronwyn for 5 years, and they were together for over 17 years. He fought a very long hard battle with cancer, after being diagnosed in 2003, and given 6 months to live. He defied this prognosis, and lasted 5 years.
His death was a peaceful one. He died at home, after having many visits from the people he loved best. He died with me, my mum and his twin brother and my aunty Jane around him on the 25th April 2008. So many people miss him, and life is so different without him. I miss him. I always will and I'll always love him.
